挤压铸造集成化工艺辅助系统研究

摘要 提出了挤压铸造集成化工艺辅助系统方案。基于挤压铸造工艺过程的协作组合优化策略,构建挤压铸造集成化工艺辅助系统框架,规划主要功能构成;设计系统流程,划分运行阶段;理清挤压铸造工艺过程的信息关系。 Extraction of quinoline from wash oil by using macro porous strong acid ion exchange resins was discussed. Three kinds of resins D001-CC, D61 and 001-7 were selected for eontrastive experiments. Under the static reaction conditions, the adsorbing balance time is found to be between 24rain and 25min; the adsorbing effect is D001-CC〉D61〉001-7; the D001-CC's actual exchange capacity is 1.2-1. 3 times of the theoretical value. Through the orthogonal experiment of dynamic ionic exchange column, the optimal extraction combination under the dynamic conditions is determined with resin height in column at 12cm, the velocity of liquids at 2.0 mL/min and ion exchange resins being D001 CC. The concentration of quinoline in quinoline enriched solution can reach 39.5%, and the re covery rate of quinoline from wash oil can reach 85.54%.
