介绍了在连续聚合四釜流程装置上生产阳离子染料可染PET切片的工艺流程及相应的控制参数,如第三组分的加入量、加入位置、加入温度和酯化和缩聚部分控制参数。与传统的间歇法生产工艺相比,具有产品品质优良、稳定、可纺性好等优势。
The process and control parameters about production of cation-dyeable PET chip on continuous polymerization four-reactor process plant were introduced. The control parameters included the adding amount, adding postion, adding temperature of third component, and the esterification, polycondensation part parameters. Comparing with the traditional process of the batch plant, the process has the advantages such as good and stable product quality and good spinnability.
