摘要
目的:探讨应用上臂外侧皮瓣游离移植修复足部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:临床应用上臂外侧皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损、骨外露15例。结果:术后15例皮瓣全部存活,随访1a～1.5a,皮瓣恢复部分感觉,质地良好,外形满意。结论:上臂外侧皮瓣血管蒂恒定,皮瓣薄且质地佳,手术操作方便,供区隐蔽,适合修复足部皮肤缺损尤其是足背部的缺损。
Objective：To explore the application of the free lateral arm flap for repairing the clinical results of the soft tissue defects of the food.Methods：The lateral arm flaps were applied to repair the soft tissue defects and bone exposures of the food in 15 cases.Results：All 15 flaps survived completely,which also provided fine textrue ,good contour and partial sensory function.Conclusions：Because of its inconspicuous area,fitting thickness,reliable blood supply and convenient operation and satisfactory reconstruction,the free lateral arm flaps is the ideal choice in repairing the soft tissue defects of the food particularly the instep.
