摘要
电脑横机的机头部分结构复杂,对其运动速度、位置的控制决定了选针、选纱、压脚、编织密度等核心工艺的质量.设计中利用高精度伺服单元对指令脉冲构成电流、速度两级闭环,利用光栅尺与指令产生模块构成位置闭环,实现了速度、位置控制,满足了精度和稳定性要求;采用FPGA为协处理器,完成底层控制、调试、修改.扩充方便,抗干扰性强,缩短了设计时间.该设计在新开发的电脑横机上使用,运行稳定可靠,达到了设计要求.
The structure of the carriage of computerized flat knitting machine is very complex.The control of its speed and position decides the quality of the core techniques, which clude needle selection,yarn selection, presser feet,knitting tightness,etc. In this design, two closed loops of current and speed are composed of instruction pulses by servo unit with high precision, a position closed loop is composed of linear glass scale and instructions,which makes the control requirement to the precision and stability of speed and position true. Accomplished bottom control by using FPGA as coprocessor, which makes debugging, modifying and expanding more convenient, and makes anti-interference stronger and design time shorter as well.
This design works stably and reliably in the new computerized flat knitting machine, and the design requirements are reached.
