摘要
作为造船企业的关键设备的门座起重机,由于使用多年超期服役,存在某些部位铆钉脱落、焊接处焊点开裂、钢板腐蚀变薄现象.基于I-DEAS软件,对门座起重机臂架系统的构件进行有限元计算,并在此基础上对该型号起重机进行故障影响分析.由数值仿真结果表明:门座起重机臂架系统某些观测点的计算应力值已超过结构强度许用应力,但是小于金属结构材料强度极限.由可靠性分析得出起重机臂架主要故障模式的RPN值,对企业用户在今后的使用和维修提供了重要的参考依据参考.上述研究工作表明:现有门座起重机虽然可以使用,但是起重机在使用过程中应对臂架定期进行检查,及时采取合理措施进行修复,从而避免重大事故发生.
Aiming at rivet loss, solder joint cracking and steel corrosion thinning in some key parts of gate cranes, a tree-dimension mode is constructed, and finite element computation is conducted using I-DEAS software for failure analysis. The numerical simulation results show that the calculated stress value of gate crane jib exceeds the allowable structural strength in certain observation points, but less than ultimate strength of the metal materials. The RPN value from the reliability analysis of the major failure mode provides an important basic reference for the future use and maintenance. Although the existing gate crane can still be used, regular inspections and repair has to be conducted, so as to avoid the occurance of severe incidents.
