摘要
运用X2检验和Pearson相关系数和Spearm an秩相关系数检验分析了皇甫川流域植物群落中20个优势种的种间关系.结果表明:X2检验中31个种对为正关联,27个种对为负关联(p<0.05或p<0.01,下同),Pearson相关系数有16个种对为正相关,13个种对为负相关;Spearm an秩相关系数有36个种对呈正相关,27个种对呈负相关.分析表明优势种间具有一定的联结性,但存在相当独立的分布格局.根据测定结果将20种植物分为3个生态种组.
20 dominant species in Huangfuchuan watershed were analysed by X^2 test,Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient test. The results indicated that: positive association coefficients of 31 species-pairs for the X^2 test were significant (p〈0. 05) or highly significant (p 〈 0. 01), and negative association coefficients were significant or highly significant in 27 other species-pairs; In Pearson's correlation coefficient test, 16 species-pairs had positive relationship,and 13 species-pairs had negative relationship ; In spearman's rank correlation coefficient test ,there were positive relationship between 36 species-pairs and negative relationship between 27 species-pairs. The results showed that dominant species have interspecific relationships and independent distribution pattern.
