长白山地区天然矿泉水健康意义研究 被引量:3

摘要 在介绍了长白山地区基本水质状况的基础上,对长白山地区有代表性矿泉眼分别从pH、DO、ORP、偏硅酸等健康意义角度分析了长白山地区天然矿泉水的有关特点,并定量分析了4个泉眼矿泉水的健康和口感指数,表明均具有较高的口感指数和良好的健康指数;用ARX400型核磁共振波谱仪测定了不同水样的团簇结构,结果表明均符合天然优质饮水特征;同时进行了抗氧化性对比试验,表明该地区天然矿泉水在一定程度上能显著提高小鼠红细胞SOD活力,具有良好的抗氧化性。 The water quality situation in Changbaishan area was introduced. Based on the evaluation of healthy indexes of pH, DO, ORP and H2SiO3 in the water of typical springs in Changbaishan area, the characteristics of natural spring water in this area were analyzed. The quantitative analyses of healthy index and taste index of four springs were carried out and all the results turned to be high. The ^17O-NMR FWHMs of representative water samples were measured by ARX400 NMR spectroscopy, the results showed all of them are high qualified drinking water. The compared anti-oxidation activity experiments were also conducted, the results showed the spring water of this area can increase red blood cells in mice SOD activity in certain degree, which demonstrates a good anti-oxidation activity.
