摘要
目的探讨六君子汤对化疗药物环磷酰胺(CTX)抗S180小鼠的增效减毒作用。方法建立S180荷瘤小鼠模型,随机分为5组:荷瘤对照组、CTX组、六君子汤高、低剂量+CTX组及贞芪扶正胶囊+CTX组。观察瘤重、抑制率、脾脏及胸腺重量、肝肾功能、免疫球蛋白、脾脏一氧化氮(NO)的变化。结果六君子汤高、低剂量+CTX组肿瘤生长(瘤重)明显低于荷瘤对照组(P(0.01),且高剂量+CTX组肿瘤低于CTX组(P(0.05)。六君子汤高、低剂量+CTX组脾脏和胸腺指数、IgG水平升高,脾脏NO含量降低,与CTX组相比差异显著(P(0.05或P(0.01)。六君子汤高剂量+CTX组与CTX组相比,ALT降低(P(0.05)。结论六君子汤具有增强免疫功能,这可能是该药对化疗药物CTX抗S180小鼠增效减毒的作用机制。
Objective To investigate the synergy and beating mouse treated by eyclophosphamide (CTX). attenuation of Liujunzi Decoction to S180 tumor Methods S180 tumor beating mice were established and then divided randomly into five groups, including tumor-beating control group, CTX group, Liujunzi Decoction (high and low dose) plus CTX groups, and Zhenqifuzheng Capsules plus CTX group. We calculated the tumor-supression rate, measured the weights of spleen and thymus, observed the functions of liver and kidney and the change of immunoglobulin(Ig) ,detected the content of nitric oxide (NO) in spleen. Results ( 1 ) The tumor-weight-inhibiting rates were higher in each Liujunzi Decoction plus CTX group than in the tumor-beating control group(P 〈 0.01 ). The tumor-weight-inhibiting rates of Liujunzi Decoction high-dose plus CTX group were higher than that of CTX group ( P 〈 0.05 ). (2) Compared with the two Liujunzi Decoction plus CTX groups, the index of spleen and thymus, and the level of IgG in the CTX group were lower, and the content of NO in spleen were higher, which revealed significant differences( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). (3) The level of serum ALT were higher in the CTX group than in the high dose Liujunzi Decoction plus CTX group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Liujunzi Decoction can enhance immunity and this could be the mechanism of the synergy and attenuation of Liujunzi Decoction on CTX activities in S180 tumor beating mouse.
