摘要
在广西百色资源综合利用电厂大跨度网架施工中,采用分条吊装与高空拼装法结合的方案。基于此,详细分析了现场施工技术条件,起步条块网架位置的确定,以及吊装机械和吊点的选择。并阐述了网架地面拼装、空中拼装的施工工艺和实施过程中的控制要点。结果表明,该方案有效克服了地面工作的不利影响,降低交叉作业的风险,同时节约成本,保证了结构的安全性。
This paper describes the construction of the large span grid structure in Guangxi Baise power station for integrative resources utilization. In terms of construction technology adopted in this project, it is mentioned that a combined plan consisting of sectional hoisting and assembly high above the ground. In this regard, this paper further covers the analysis of technical conditions on site, the arrangement of first sectional grid bar, and the arrangement of crane and. hoisting points. In addition, this paper also clarifies technical control points about grid assembly on and above the ground. It is concluded based on field experience that the proposed plan can overcome negative influence due to assembly on the ground; meanwhile it can reduce risks due to intersecting operations on site, reduce the cost of construction, and ensure the safety of construction.
