摘要
复合钻井作为海相地层提高钻井速度的有效手段之一,已在川东北地区逐步推广应用,但从前期应用来看,在各区块应用的总体效果参差不齐,尤其是在提速的同时,井身质量不能得到有效保障。针对以上难题,为保证井身质量,提出了一套从井眼尺寸相匹配的螺杆选型、典型的复合钻井钻具组合优化,以及复合钻井的技术方案。试验表明:所提出的复合钻井技术方案在提高机械钻速的同时,能有效地控制井身轨迹,具有较高的实用价值和推广应用价值。建议在钻井工程设计中推广应用复合钻井技术,将PDC钻头、螺杆钻具和MWD的费用列入钻井成本。在上部陆相地层(侏罗系上沙溪庙组—三叠系须家河组底)开展与之相适应的PDC钻头或高性能的三牙轮钻头进行复合钻井试验,探索出具体的经济适用井段,进一步挖掘复合钻井技术在川东北地区的钻井潜力。
As an effective technology to improve ROP in drilling marine formations,compound drilling technology has been widely used in Northeast Sichuan basin.However the application results vary in different blocks,the wellbore quality cannot be guaranteed when ROP is improved.Therefore a set of matching technology is suggested which includes selecting PDM with comparable size as the hole,optimum compound drilling BHA,and compounding drilling techniques.The tests show the compound drilling can effectively control the well trajectory the same time improving ROP.It is recommended to plan compound drilling during drilling engineering design,with costs of PDC bits or high-performance 3-cone bits and costs of PDM included in the drilling cost.And compound drilling tests can be tried when drilling upper continental formations(between upper Shaximiao formation and bottom Xujiahe formation),with corresponding PDC bits or high-performance 3-cone bits,to find the formations where compound drilling is suitable and economical.The potential of compound drilling in Northeast Sichuan basin can then be explored.
