摘要
为评估和应对超高压电网设计建设和运行方面日益突出的电磁环境问题,介绍了我国500kV电网的电磁环境状况以及国内有关标准的规定和差异、国际非电离辐射防护委员会导则、IEEE标准的工频电场和磁场的限值;分析了我国电网环保目前存在的主要问题;还根据我国的实际,提出了电网的环保策略及其建议。
The attention paid for environmentalism and authority awareness are gradually enhanced. During recent years, appeals and dissensions for environment protection occurred between whiles. The paper makes the analyses and discussions from five aspects, namely the reasons that appeals happen, electromagnetic en;zironment level for 500 kV power network, related provisions in standards and regulations, existent problems and protection strategies.
