摘要
"华为7000人集体辞职"事件暴露出我国劳动立法、执法方面的问题。在目前我国劳资关系不平等、劳动纠纷调处机制不健全的前提下,要大力加强相关劳动法律、法规的完善,加快社会保障保险体系建设,积极发挥工会作用。
The occurrence of "collective demission of 7000 employees of Huawei" reflected the problems of labor legislation and enforcement of law in China. At present, with inequality of labor relations and not perfect mechanism of labor dispute mediation and arbitration system, we should improve labor law and regulations, speed up the construction of the system of social security and give full play of trade union' s role.
