摘要
含蜡量高的高凝原油在高寒地区的流动性极差,分析了4种针对高凝油的单井集油工艺,加热降粘最适合单井集油,但加热炉的运行成本高,不符合国家的能源政策。介绍了电磁加热器的结构、原理、特点和安装方式。现场试验表明,电磁加热器的加热效果好,比掺水加热节能78%,值得在高寒地区高凝油的单井集油工艺中推广应用。
The high pour-point oil in the high altitude-and-cold region had poor liquidity because its paraffin content was high. Four heating methods were analyzed and the electromagnetic heater is better than those of heating methods. Heating furnace had high operation cost and exhaust more energy, being not accord with state policy. The structure, principle, features, and installation were introduced. The on--site test showed that the electromagnetic heater has high heat efficiency, being 78% higher than that of water heater. It has an expanding in application in the single-well oil gathering process of high pour-point oil on the high altitude-and-cold region.
