摘要
在油田开发中后期,因油井出砂严重,造成频繁检泵,甚至停产,采用的机械防砂措施效果不理想。在吸收国内外先进经验基础上,利用旋流-重力原理,开发研制了自动旋流分离沉砂器,使油中的砂在离心力的作用下沉降到尾管砂袋中,在修井时随管柱带出地面。使用表明,有效解决了油井出砂问题,延长了油井的生产周期,经济效益显著。
In mid and late period of oil--field development, because the oil well leaves the granulated substance that was serious caused frequent inspection of the pump, even caused production suspended, mechanical desanding was not ideal. On importing new technology from abroad and by using eddy-gravity principle, an automatic eddy separation was developed. The granulated substance sank in the liner sandbag by centrifugal force, which could be brought to ground surface when repairing well. The application practice showed that it has effectively solved the problem of oil well sand production, and prolonged well operation period with obvious economical efficiency.
