摘要
探讨甲状腺核素显像方法协助诊断桥本氏甲状腺炎（ＨＴ）的价值。方法采用ＳＴＡ－ＩＡＮ３２００ＸＲＳＰＥＣＴ对６８例ＨＴ作甲状腺显像。结果结合临床症状及实验室检查，将核素归描图像按其轻重分为５期。结论甲状腺核素显像，不但可识别桥本氏甲状腺炎的病情，且能与其他甲状腺疾病相鉴别。
Objective\ To introduce a new measure in diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT).\ Methods\ The nucleo scano thyroidography by STAIN 3200XR SPECT for 68 cases with HT.\ Results\ To combine the result of nucleo scano thyroidography with their clinical symptoms and laboratory findings the HT may divied into 5 stages.\ Conclusion\ They had different characteristic picture in each stage respectively and different from other thyroid disease obviously.
