摘要
通过CT数据读取、膝关节三维实体建模、个体化膝关节假体的设计、虚拟手术、通过有限元分析软件及基于生物力学的数字仿真软件进行计算机辅助工程假体应力状态和系统运动生物力学评价。该流程对产品设计、评价以及手术的策划具有较强的指导意义,也是产品研制质量、成本、设计周期等方面最有利的保证,表明现代计算机辅助设计技术联合工程学知识,是成功制定个体化人工膝关节假体设计的可行途径。
Stress status and systemic biomechanics of computer-aided design of engineered prosthesis were evaluated by CT data reading, 3D re-modeling of knee joint, individual knee prosthesis design, virtual surgery, finite element analysis software and biomechanics simulation software. The process is significant in product design, evaluation and operation planning. It is the important guarantee for product quality, cost, and design cycles, indicating computer-aided design technique and engineering knowledge can help to design individualized artificial knee prosthesis.
