摘要 为了完成新型飞机供电系统地面独立试验,设计航电仿真器确保了试验过程中供电系统的正常运行;仿真器采用半实物仿真的形式,通过ARINC429总线和PCI总线采集卡获取供电系统的状态(EPS),实现数据处理、逻辑计算和总线监视功能;并能根据当前状态需求输出相应的控制指令、指示电源状态,总线监视功能和回放模式为总线监测和故障排查提供了有效途径;航电仿真器已通过验收投入使用,运行结果表明该仿真器完全符合设计要求,并具有良好的延用性和可扩展性。 To implement the independent test of new aircraft electrical power system (EPS), the avionics system simulator is designed to guarantee that the EPS operates well. The simulator is based on hardware in the loop simulation. The simulator obtains the states of EPS by ARINC429 and PCI bus collectors, implementing data processing, logic operation and bus monitoring. It can also output control com- mands and states of power according to currently requirements. Function of monitoring and replay is helpful to bus monitoring and fault finding. The simulator has been used in new regional aircraft ARJ21 EPS test, the result indicates that the simulator accords with the specifications of the aircraft.
