摘要 重轨热处理温度及气冷温度对重轨淬火质量的提高有直接的影响。利用ANSYS有限元软件建立重轨温度分布模型,并对其淬火过程中的温度场进行了模拟计算,分析重轨淬火过程中重轨内部温度变化情况。研究结果表明,模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好;根据重轨温度场的变化规律,控制喷风时间,最终得到理想的索氏体组织。 The quenching quality of heavy rail was directly influenced by temperature of heat treatment and air cooling temperature. The temperature distribution model of heavy rail was established, and the temperature field during the quenching process was simulated by ANSYS FEM software. The temperature variation of heavy rail was analysed during the quenching process. The testing results show that the simulation result is identical with the measuring temperature. According to the distribution of temperature field, the time of compressed air should be controlled. The ideal sorbite can he obtained.
