多配体蛋白聚糖-4在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多配体蛋白聚糖-4(Syndecan-4,SDC4)与瘢痕疙瘩形成的关系,为预防和治疗瘢痕疙瘩提供新途径。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测SDC4在瘢痕疙瘩及其周围正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果瘢痕疙瘩中SDC4表达高于其周围正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义。结论SDC4在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达增高,对瘢痕疙瘩的形成可能起促进作用。
