摘要
首次报道北疆高产棉花的光合特性研究,初步结果表明,花铃期棉叶光合速率(Pn)呈下降趋势,盛铃期Pn的日变化呈单峰曲线,其峰值出现在11∶00~12∶00点,没有明显的午休现象。夜间呼吸速率(RR)开始晚结束早。棉叶的Pn始终高于一般棉田,呼吸时间略有缩短。Pn的日变化影响因素,除光合辐射、叶温及CO2浓度外,灌水量影响最大;当土壤含水量下降至8%~10%时,棉叶的Pn明显降低,其籽棉产量减少21.4%。
This paper reports firstly the photosynthesis character of high yield cotton(2019 ̄2345kg/hm 2) in the north xinjiang .The results show that the leaf photosynthesis rate decreases obviously from flowering stage to boll stage.The diurnal variation of leaf photosynthesis rate shows a single peak curve in full boll stage.The highest value emerges on the period of 11∶00 ̄12∶00 in the morning and there is no obvious midday decline.The leaf photosynthesis rate always shows higher than the rate of the low yield cotton.The factor of the irrigation norm in the main factor of affecting photosynthesis besides photonsthesis available radiation.Leaf temperature and CO 2 are dense. When water content of soil falls to 8 ̄10 percent,the photosynthesis rate decreases obviousiy,and the yield drops to 21.4 percent.
