摘要
为进一步发挥厦门保税物流园区在海峡西岸经济区的辐射带动作用,针对厦门保税物流园区存在的业务量小、业务种类单一;管理体制尚需进一步理顺;各种海关特殊监管区域联动效应不强等主要问题,从积极开展招商活动;制定和落实促进保税物流园区发展的优惠措施;积极拓展经济腹地;积极寻求厦门保税物流园区与台湾的对接;加快保税物流园区国际物流业务的拓展;不断创新海关监管模式;有计划推进"三区整合"工作等方面探讨厦门保税物流园区发展对策。
The paper probes into the operation experience and problems exist in Xiamen bonded logistics zone. In addition, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures for developing international logistic in Xiamen bonded logistics zone, through analyzing logistics system platform, public serviee platform,information plafform,basie equipment platform and system environment platform.
