摘要
基于创新人才培养模式的高职物流管理专业教学改革的重点是明确具体的专业培养目标,构建适应培养目标的课程体系,营造职业技术训练的教学环境,建设"双师型"的师资队伍。积极开展"校企合作",探索工学交替、任务驱动、项目导向、顶岗实习等有利于增强学生能力的教学模式。
The key of the teaching reform in Logistics Management specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges based on the training mode of innovative talents is to make definite training aim, construct course system fit for the talent-training goal, create environment of vocational and technical training and troop teachers into double qualifications type. Active efforts should be devoted to carry out coUege-enterprise cooperation and seek teaching modes which will help to enhance students" ability, such as workingstudy ahemating mode, task-driven mode, project-oriented mode, and post apprentice mode.
