摘要
提出压力传感器的结构要求。对压力传感器的阻尼孔结构进行设计。研究压力传输系统的传递函数,并用MATLAB进行仿真。
The structural requirements for pressure sensors is designed, and the transfer pressure sensors are suggested, function of pressure transmission the structure of damping hole in system is researched and simulated by software MATLAB.
