摘要
随着工业化和规模化生产的广泛应用,为了保护核心技术和知识产权,以SKD方式组织跨国和跨地区的生产方式被广泛采用,特别是电子产品尤为突出。以某40吋液晶电视的主板的包装为研究对象,结合产品的保护和生产线生产方式,探索工业散件的合理包装结构形式。采用现代设计理论和方法进行SKD包装结构设计,通过实验测试检验了设计结构和材料选择的合理性,为SKD包装结构进行了有益探索。
SKD production mode was widely applied, especially in the production of electronic products. The packaging of a 40-inch LCD TV motherboard was taken as study object, and the rational packaging structure for industrial spare parts was explored by combination of product protection and product line production mode. SKD packaging structural design was carried out with modern packaging theory and method. The rationality of the designed structure and selected material was verified by experiments.
