摘要
以印刷工艺原理、纸张与油墨的印刷适性等理论为依据,在相同印刷速度和油墨,不同的印刷压力下对不同种类的纸张进行实验,得到了油墨转移率的数据。利用MATLAB软件对这些数据进行了拟合,进而找出印刷压力与油墨转移率函数方程,为实际印刷中寻求最佳的印刷压力提供了一定的依据。
Based on the principle of printing process and the printability of paper and ink, the data of ink transfer rate were obtained through the experiments at the same speed and ink, different printing pressure, and different type of paper. The curve between printing pressure and ink transfer rate was fitted through the software of MATLAB to offer the basis for looking for the optimum printing pressure in the actual printing.
