摘要
文章介绍了《全国总书目》的发展变化,论述了《全国总书目》在图书馆文献资源建设中的作用,比较了《全国总书目》与其他各类型书目的功能与特点,分析了《全国总书目》的现状与存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出来若干改进建议。
This paper introduces the development and changes of National Bibliography of China , discusses the important position of this bibliography to the library collection development , compares with other bibliographies of their functions and characteristics , raises some improvement suggestions abased on the analysis of present situation and the existing issues of National Books Bibliography of China.
