摘要
在自行建立的实验装置上,考察了不同稀释剂对浆液态乙烯聚合催化剂颗粒形态的影响。在选择白油为稀释剂的基础上,采用小试聚合评价装置考察了白油中水含量对浆液态催化剂活性的影响,并考察了催化剂粒子在白油中的浸润及悬浮特性、白油和浆液态催化剂的黏度特性。实验结果表明,白油中水含量对浆液态催化剂活性有较大的影响,白油中水含量(质量分数)应控制在不大于7×10^(-5);白油的黏度也需要通过温度适当调控;白油作为稀释剂对聚合装置的运行没有不良影响,并降低了聚合物粒子受静电场危害而结片的可能性。
Selection of diluent for slurry catalyst used in ethylene polymerization was carried out in a self-designed apparatus for observing the change of catalyst particle appearance. Soaking, sedimentating and suspending of the catalyst particles in the selected diluent were investigate. C12-14 n-paraffins, commonly called white oil, was selected as diluent for slurry catalyst used in ethylene polymerization. The effect of residual moisture in the white oil on catalytic activity was evaluated in a bench scale polymerization apparatus. Viscosity of white oil, viscosity of slurry catalyst in white oil and their variations with temperatures were studied. Since the content of residual moisture in white oil do decrease the activity of slurry catalyst in polymerization, it should be controlled no more than 7×10^-5( mass fraction). Application of white oil as slurry catalyst diluent in industrial polymerization unit would lead to the operation more smooth. Even the possibility of polymer particle aggregating or sheeting by static force would also decrease.
