摘要
高等教育大众化时代呼唤与之相适应的就业服务体系。本文从指导思想、领导体制、工作机制、市场与制度体系以及课程与队伍建设等几方面阐述了扩招后高校毕业生就业指导与服务体系的构建设想。
The popularization of higher education needs suitable career guidance service system. This paper, mainly in the aspects of guiding ideology, leadership system, working mechanism, marketing system, and the construction of subject and team, talks about the tentative idea of the establishment of guidance and service system for the graduates after enrollment increase.
