摘要
本文针对南海某油田伴生气的气源组分和特点,设计了无预冷的混合制冷剂液化流程(MRC)和N2膨胀液化流程,在储存压力和温度相同而且液化率相同的情况下,分析比较了两种液化流程的性能参数,并对各流程在海上操作的适用性进行了分析。计算结果表明,N2膨胀液化流程比功耗高于无预冷的混合制冷剂液化流程,但是N2膨胀液化流程装置简单紧凑,而且采用单一气态制冷剂,是比较适合于海上油田伴生气的液化流程。
The liquefaction processes of MRC and Nitrogen expander cycle for the special offshore associated - gas resources in South China Sea, have been studied and designed. The detailed process parameters of these liquefaction cycles have been compared at the same storage pressure, temperature and liquefaction rate. The calculated results revealed that the Nitrogen expander cycle is a suitable liquefaction process for the offshore associated gases, due to having compact and reliable equipments, relatively low energy consumption and single gaseous refrigerant.
