摘要
由于艾滋病以惊人速度在世界各地蔓延,如何预防和控制这种至今无法治愈的传染性疾病,引起了世界各国的广泛关注。中国作为世界人口大国,近年来,艾滋病的传播呈上升趋势。随着我国涉"艾"违法犯罪现象日益严重,公安民警发生职业暴露的情况也日益增加,公安机关加强预防和控制艾滋病工作已势在必行。通过对我国艾滋病疫情传播现状以及政府防控政策简介,分析了公安机关加强预防和控制艾滋病工作的必要性,及其在预防和控制艾滋病中的地位和作用,对我国公安机关预防和控制艾滋病管理机制建设的具体途径进行了探索,提出了公安机关有效预防民警职业暴露的建议方法,旨在弥补公安机关预防和控制艾滋病工作之不足,进一步提高公安民警职业健康保护能力。
As the spread of AIDS in world is surprisingly increased, it receives a great atteion worldwide that how to prevent and control incurable infectious disease. China, as a country with big population, the spread of AIDS tends to go up. With more AIDS - re- lated crimes, the occupational exposure is grown, so the strethening of AIDS - prevention and AIDS - control is much - needed. By introducing the present epidemic status and government policies, it analized the nessecity of strethening AIDS - prevention and AIDS - control in public security deparments, and the status and fuctions of public security deparments in AIDS prevention and control. It also explores the concrete method for establishing management system and puy forward effective ways for preventing occupational exposures as a supplyment to improve the self- protection ability.
