摘要
磨刀门水道水平定向钻穿越工程采用世界先进导向孔对接技术,同时采用了交流线圈铺设新方法、超长距离套管安装新技术、泥浆对注法、安装喷浆短节、深层搅拌桩法加固钻机地锚等,于2008年1月13日回拖成功,创造了新的水平定向钻穿越长度世界纪录(2630m),在超长距离软地层穿越及长距离套管安装技术方面取得了突破。
The advanced pilot-hole interconnection drilling technology in the world was used in Modaomen River horizontal directional drilling(HDD) crossing project,also some new methods such as laying AC coil,ultra-long casing installation,pumping mud from both sides,installing mud jetting sub and using deep mixing piles for anchor consolidation were applied.Modaomen River HDD project was completed on Jan.13 th,2008.It created a new world record of HDD length(2 630 m),and also made a breakthrough in HDD crossing through ultra-long distance soft stratum and long distance casing installation.
