摘要
现代企业与CDIO工程教育人才培养模式都对学生在技术知识和推理能力、个人职业技能和职业道德、团队协作交流等人际交往技能以及大系统调控能力四个方面的培养提出了很高的要求。而我们的学生由于一直受到应试教育的影响,普遍缺乏学习主动性以及团队合作意识,很少、甚至从未进行过项目创新与设计的训练,缺乏学习目标和自我规划,不理解专业及课程设置的目的与意义。以上的种种问题,使中国大学工科新生的现状与CDIO四大能力之间有着很大差距,因此,尽早对这些新生进行CDIO训练非常必要。本文主要介绍了汕头大学电子工程系在1级项目的初始阶段(cornerstone)对新生进行CDIO理念教育与训练的情况。在该系1级项目的实施过程中,首先由教师向学生讲授CDIO基本理念与方法,并向学生全面介绍基于CDIO理念而设置的本专业课程计划;其次,通过剖析一个具有普遍性与代表性的电子产品结构与设计,使学生认识到产品与专业课程之间的有机联系,明确专业与课程设置的目的与意义;再次,通过组织学生去企业参观、请企业高层管理者讲演等形式,使学生了解企业运作的规律,及其对人才的要求及标准;最后,通过一个实际项目的设计,使学生直接体验设计与创新。通过2006、2007级两届学生的实践,取得了很好的效果。
Nowadays both enterprises and CDIO engineering education training mode place high demands on four aspects of students' ability: technical knowledge and reasoning abilities, personal skills and professional ethics, teamwork and communication skills, and systematic control ability. Students in China, however, have grown up in the shadow of examoriented education and are lack of active leaning ability and sense of teamwork. They seldom or even never have been involved in innovative project and design training. As a result, they don't know how to develop self - learning goals and plans, neither have any ideas of the purpose and significance of speciality provision and curriculurn. All of the above issues make a deep gap between the present situation of the freshmen in engineering and the four requirements of CDIO abilities for them in China. Therefore it is necessary to train them in CDIO mode as soon as possible. This paper provides education and training practice in cornerstone stage of Project level One for freshmen directed by the concept of CDIO in Electronic and Information Engineering (EIE) Department, Shantou University. In the beginning of the project, the intensions and ideas of CDIO and syllabus designed are introduced to the students accordingly. After that, a road map of engineering studies is provided by analyzing a particular electronic device to make them realize connections between products and professional courses, through which freshmen understand the purpose and significance of speciality provision and curriculum. Then they are offered to visit the electronic production enterprise and given a speech by its leaders to show what requirements modem enterprises need from engineers. Finally, they are divided into groups to conceive and design an actual electronic system themselves. This training has been carried out among grade 2006 and grade 2007 students, and achieved great effects.
