摘要 上下游行业和钢铁工业的全球化引起的同质化产品的竞争、用户的其它供应商为降低成本、节省用户工序方面的努力和灵活生产、复杂需求的发展将为带钢表面产品提供新的发展机遇。环保、降低成本、资源和高性能将是带钢表面技术与产品面临的巨大挑战。表面产品的创新需要依靠"工艺创新"。开发新一代连续带钢镀膜技术与产品将是应对这种挑战,提高企业竞争力的最佳途径。表面技术将是未来钢铁企业产品的创新中心,是企业未来竞争力所在。新型表面工艺和产品的工业化实现将可能对钢铁企业和上下游行业的生产工序产生革命性的影响。连续带钢真空镀膜技术正在沿着这一趋势,逐渐进入工业化阶段。 Competition in the market caused by globalization of steel industry and their suppliers and customers,simplification and flexible production of customers for cost reduction and more strict requirements provide new opportunities for development of coated steel products. But environment restriction, reduction in cost, resource shortage and high performance with integrated properties of the coated products are big challenges for coating technology and coated products. The best approach to take the challenge is to develop innovative surface technology and coated products. Coated steel products is expected to be the next research focus after cold rolled products and will be the inno- vation center of steel products and is critical to competitive advantage of steel company. The success of the new generation surface technology and related products may bring revolutionary influence on coating processes of steel company and the processes in customer side. Vacuum strip coating and related products are stepping into mass production following this trend.
