摘要
文中通过对三层PE防腐层现场应用状况的调查,分析了三层PE防腐层失效原因。研究表明:环氧层的粘结失效与环氧粉末材料品质、工厂预制工艺有关,与高阴极保护电位和温度都没有直接的联系。通过国内外三层PE防腐层技术标准及工程技术规格书对比研究,给出了国内外技术标准在原材料入厂检验、表面处理及涂装过程的监/检测方面的差异,对国内技术标准提出了修改建议。
Based on the field survey,the cause of 3PE coating failing was analyzed. Research shows that epoxy property and prefabricate technique are, not related to high cathodic protection potential and temperature. At the end of this paper, the domestic and overseas technical standards for 3PE coating were studied in such aspects as entry test of materials, surface preparations and inspections during coating application. The differences between them is given. Some advice about domestic technical standards is also given.
