摘要
以液相离子交换法制备Cu(Ⅰ)-Y分子筛,用于固定床吸附噻吩.考察床层的高度/内径(H/D)比值、体积空速、原料中的噻吩浓度等操作条件对床层净化效果的影响.结果表明:固定床层的H/D比值越大,则吸附效果越好,H/D为33.87时比16.13时的穿透吸附容量提高了42.6%;较小的体积空速有较好的吸附效果,Cu(Ⅰ)-Y分子筛的体积空速为2 h-1较为合理,穿透吸附容量比4 h-1时提高了54.8%;穿透吸附容量随原料中的噻吩浓度的增加而增大,原料中的噻吩质量分数为413.6μg/g的穿透吸附容量比190μg/g的提高了17.3%,这些可为设计床层尺寸及操作参数提供参考.
Cu( I)-Y zeolite was prepared by liquid-phase ion exchange technique and was used for adsorbing thiophene in a fixed-bed. Purity was examined with the different ratios of height (H) and internal diameter (D) of the fixed-bed, liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) and feeding concentration of thiophene. Results show that the larger the ratio of H/D, the better the adsorptive performance, and breakthrough adsorption capacity for HID of 33.87 was 42. 6% larger than that for HID of 16. 13. Smaller LHSV has better adsorptive performance. For Cu(I)- Y zeolite, LHSV of 2 h^-1 is reasonable and its breakthrough adsorption capacity increases by 54. 8 % compared with LHSV of 4 h^-1, breakthrough adsorption capacity is increased with enhancing the mass fraction of thiophene in feed, and it is increased by 17. 3% when the mass fraction of the thiophene is increased from 190 μg/g to 413.6 μg/g. Results give references for designing optional dimension of the fixed-bed and operational parameters.
