摘要
论述了当前钨矿物碱压煮工艺现状,为优化碱分解生产工艺流程,开发了深度提取钨的工艺。采取相应的工艺措施后,排放钨渣中WO3的含量为1.0%~1.5%,钨矿物的综合回收率提高了1~2个百分点,使钨资源得到了有效利用。
The present status of alkali autoclave process of tungsten minerals is described. A deep-processing technology of tungsten minerals for extracting tungsten was developed to optimize the process flowsheet of alkaline decomposition production. Upon taking some corresponding technical measures,the WO3 content in tungsten residue is only 1.0- 1.5%, and the overall recovery of tungsten minerals increases by 1-2 percentage points so that the tungsten resource is effectively utilized.
