摘要
以小麦矮秆种质系山农31504-1作父本与中国春杂交,获得F2分离群体。利用定位于2A染色体上的179对SSR、EST-SSR引物,采用BSA法,对亲本及197株F2分离群体单株进行SSR分析,筛选出2个与矮秆基因紧密连锁的SSR标记(Xwm c522、Xwm c198),其遗传距离分别为5.4 cM、3.2 cM,可用于分子标记辅助选择。
In this study, the cross between dwarf germplasm line Shannong 31504 - 1 and Chinese Spring was carried out for constructing F2 segregation population. By Bulked segregating analysis (BSA) and SSR analysis with 179 pairs of SSR and EST - SSR primer located on 2A chromesome on 197 individuals of F2 segregation population and their parents, two SSR markers( Xwmc522 and Xwmc198) that linked to the dwarf gene in Shannong 31504 - 1 were screened. The dwarf gene was shown to be closely linked to the marker Xwmc522 and Xwmc198 at a genetic distance of 5.4 cM and 3.2 cM respectively. They could be used in marker- assisted selection directly.
