介绍了蜂蜜银耳茶饮料的生产工艺,制定了产品标准,并对其生产中的有关工艺要点进行了讨论,同时对蜂蜜银耳茶饮料广阔的市场前景进行了阐述。
This paper introduced the processing technology of the honey tremeUa fuciformis tea drink. The product standard was worked out and several key questions of the technological process were discussed. The market prospect of honey tremella fuciformis tea drink was also illustrated.
