摘要
恶性腹水是各种晚期恶性肿瘤的常见表现,其治疗方法虽多,但尚无彻底根治的手段。针对恶性腹水的治疗虽然并不能明显延长患者生存期,但可提高生活质量,临床治疗仍以缓解由恶性腹水所致的症状为主要目的。本文对近年来恶性腹水的诊治现状作一概述。
Malignant ascites is a common manifestation of various advanced malignancies, although multiple treatment modalities are available, none of them can has malignant ascites completely disappear. Therapy of malignant ascites can not significantly prolong the survival rate of patients, but may improve the quality of life. The main purpose of chnical treatment is to amehorate the symptoms caused by malignant ascites. This article reviewed the diagnosis and management of malignant ascites in recent years.
