摘要
采用有限元技术对三辊行星轧制力进行了模拟计算,论述了TP2铜管坯三辊行星轧制过程有限元模拟的关键技术与实现方法,建立了有限元计算模型,获得了轧制力的变化规律。研究表明:三辊行星轧制过程中,轧制力在坯料的周向方向呈120°分布变化,在轧制过程中坯料的形状、坯料与轧辊的接触部位时刻发生变化,轧制力呈现波动现象。
Adopting finite element methods,the three-roll planetary rolling force was simulated.The key FEM techniques and methods of the TP2 copper tubes on three-roll planetary rolling were discussed. The FEM models were designed and the rolling force change was given.The results indicated:during the three-roll planetary rolling,the rolling force was changed on the tube cycle direction present 120°distri-bution.The tube shape and the contact area were changed on the planetary rolling which results in rolling force take on wave phenomena.
