摘要
目的:探讨CT和低张十二指肠造影诊断十二指肠肿瘤的价值。方法:41例十二指肠肿瘤,行螺旋CT检查29例,行低张十二指肠造影检查31例,同时行CT和低张十二指肠造影检查22例。结果:螺旋CT对十二指肠肿瘤检出的敏感性为96.6%,特异性为55.1%,低张十二指肠造影敏感性为93.5%,特异性为58.1%,CT+低张十二指肠造影特异性为90.9%。结论:联合应用CT和低张十二指肠造影在十二指肠肿瘤检查可提高诊断正确率。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT and hypotonic duodenography in duodenal neoplasm. Methods In 41 cases of duodenal neoplasm, 29 cases received SCT scan, 31 cases received hypotonic duodenography, 22 cases received both CT and hypotonic duodenography. Results The sensitivity and the accuracy of SCT to duodenal neoplasm were 96. 6% and 55. 1%, and of hypotonic duodenography were 93.5% and 58.1% respectively. The accuracy of CT combined with hypotonic duodenography was 90. 9%. Conclusion The combination of CT and hypotonic duodenography can improve the diagnose rate of duodenal neoplasm.
