Angiogenesis and neurogenesis in repair of brain injury

摘要 脑损伤是一个广义的概念,它包括外伤性、出血性、缺血性等各种原因引起的脑损伤。对于脑损伤的基础和临床研究目前主要集中在脑保护技术和脑神经修复再生两个方面。随着血管内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)参与体内血管新生理论的建立,血管新生已成为目前世界医学领域的热点,并取得积极成果.近年来的研究表明神经发生与脑血管发生具有密切关系,血管新生能促进神经再生。促进损伤区血管新生.恢复损伤区微循环,达到血管新生和神经再生修复的统一,这可能成为一种极具吸引力的治疗模式:血管一神经新生。
