摘要
用调整法加工零件时,传统的定位误差计算方法较为繁复,并且在判断基准位移和基准不重合误差的正负时较为困难。本文提出了一种新的计算定位误差的方法:定值法计算工件定位误差。通过列出要求尺寸Ay、定值尺寸W和相关尺寸Ag之间的关系式并且求出它们的微分,即可得到定位误差。此方法比较直观,不必对各项判断加减,因而计算准确,方便。
When processing parts use adjusting method, the existing ways of calculating positioning error are very complex and it's difficult to clarify no coincidence of positive and negative of error of datum displacement and error of criterion. This paper provides a new method of calculating positioning error, i. e. calculating the error in parts positioning with fixed value. The positioning error will be concluded when the relations of required measurement Ay, fixed size W and relevant size A4g are listed and the differentiation of them is calculated. This method is very direc and,and a judgment in positive and negative is not required, so it is very easy and convenient to use.
