摘要
地方高师是我国高等师范教育体系的主体,是教师教育的"工作母机",肩负着为我国广大的基础教育输送合格教师的重任。而课程设置影响着人才培养的规格和办学的水平,因此探究其课程设置存在的问题及解决措施具有重要意义。地方高师课程设置存在的主要问题:一是师范性不突出;二是实践性不足;三是地方性缺失;四是人文精神匮乏,时代性不强。改进的措施是:一要增加教育类课程,调整课时分配,突出师范性;二要增加实践课比例,延长实习时间,提高学生的职业技能;三要改革课程体制,彰显地方特色;四要加强综合课程的学习,提高师范生的人文素养,凸显时代性。这样,地方高等师范院校可以跟随时代的变化进行改革,在保持特色的同时提升办学水平。
The local normal colleges are the main undertakers of the basic education teacher, overwhelming the responsibility for training qualified teachers in our country.The curriculum effect the training specifications and the school's level, it's significance to probe to the curriculum problems and solutions. Those problems: lack teacher' s character, practice, local color, human spirit and times. The solutions: increasing educational curriculum, adjusting the allocation, highlighting teacher's character adding practical curriculum, prolonging its times,advancing professional skill of students; reforming course' s system, showing local color; enhancing integrated course, improving students' humanistic quality, displaying times. Therefore, the local normal colleges can reform following the times change, keeping the characters while upgrading the level.
