摘要 该文研究了平板波导介质层平行度对衰减全反射曲线的影响,并且利用局域模方法推导出在一定平行度下菲涅尔反射公式.通过数值模拟,得到了平行度对表征衰减全发射曲线的参数:最小值的大小、最小值的位置和曲线的半宽度的影响曲线.同时,通过一种新的方法推导出在高斯光束入射下的菲涅尔反射公式并给出了不同的束腰半径和平行度情况下的曲线/ In this paper, we discussed the influence yielded by the parallelism of planar waveguide' s dielectric layer on attenuated total reflection (ATR) curve, and derived the general Fresnel' s reflection equation with a given parallelism by using local mode method. By using numerical simulation, we obtained the curves that represent the influence due to the nonparallelism of the planar waveguide' s guiding layer on the parameters of the guided modes' ATR curve, such as the minimum of the ATR resonance dips, the position of the minimum and the FWHM of the ATR resonance dip. By introducing a new method, we derived the Fresnel's reflection equation under the condition that the incident light is a Gaussian light beam and obtained the curves that represent the influence on waveguide under different conditions, such as different waist radius of the incident light and different planar waveguides with different parallelism.
