摘要
为了满足油田对油井管更高抗挤性能的需求,宝山钢铁股份有限公司自2006年起立项开展对超高抗挤套管的研发,提出了通过织构设计与组织控制生产超高抗挤套管的研发思路,设计了相应的具有自主知识产权的钢种,获得了超过API标准压溃值65%以上、对屈服强度不敏感的超高抗挤套管。介绍了此种套管的织构特征及析出相特点。
To meet the demand for the higher collapse resistance of OCTG by the oil field end-users, Baoshan Iron & Steel Corp. Ltd. has been, since 2006, engaged in a project for R & D of the extra-high anti-collapse oil casing. With the R & D approach of texture design and structure control to producing extra-high anticollapse oil casing, the company has developed relevant steel type with its own IPR with which a kind of extra- high anti-collapse oil casing with a collapse value 65% higher than correspondent API value and insensitivity to yield strength is turned out. Also described here in the essay are the texture characteristics and the segregation phase characteristics of the said casing.
