可膨胀髓内钉Fixtion-PF系统治疗老年股骨近端骨折

摘要 目的:可膨胀髓内钉Fixtion—PF系统是近年来髓内钉固定的新技术,本文探讨其在治疗老年患者股骨近端骨折中的方法和临床效果,及体会。方法:自2007年6月~2008年9月,应用该方法治疗25例股骨近端骨折病人。男13例,女12例。年龄60~81岁。结果:本组25例,手术时间30~90min,平均时间60min。X线片示骨折术后6周有骨痴出现,股骨近端骨折术后愈合时间为8~10周。无感染、脂肪栓塞和深静脉血栓发生,无骨折不愈合,无髋内翻及旋转畸形等并发症发生。结论:可膨胀髓内钉Fixtion—PF系统操作简单、创伤小。术后下地早,并发症少,骨折愈合时间快。医生和病人X线剂量接受相对少。Fixtion—PF系统治疗股骨近端骨折有比传统交锁髓内钉更好的效果,尤其适应于老年骨质疏松患者的治疗。
