摘要
对旋流器应用于液一气分离进行了相关的实验研究,实验过程着重研究了操作参数、物性参数对其分离性能的影响,其中有处理量即入口进料量、压力降、含液浓度等参数,实验得出了理论上存在的分离性能临界,在一定处理量、压力降范围内,随着处理量的增大,旋流器分离性能会逐渐增大,当达到临界点时,分离性能达到最大值,此时若再增大处理量分离性能会呈下降趋势。
The application of cyclone in the separation of liquid-gas is researched by the experiment, especially the separation performance influenced by the operational and physical parameters, such as input quantity, pressure drop, mixture concentration, and so on. The experimental results show that the critical point of the separation performance exists theoretically. As the throughput and pressure drop within the certain range, with the increase of throughput, the separation performance increases gradually, but it will decrease when the throughput exceeded the critical point.
