移动商务采纳的信任因素研究 被引量:29

摘要 消费者信任是影响移动商务发展的关键因素之一。本文提出移动商务的信任因素模型,利用问卷调查方法收集数据,对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明,技术信任、移动供应商信任和基于制度的信任被确定为主要影响因素,其中制度信任在现阶段起主要作用。
