摘要
以多抗霉素B原粉为原药,以白碳黑为填料,十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠为助剂,对10%多抗霉素B可湿性粉剂的悬浮率、润湿时间、细度进行测定并进行热贮稳定性试验,确定优化配方及加工工艺。
Polyoxin B 10%WP was formulated using white carbon as carrier, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium lignosulfonate and sodium tripolyphosphate as co-formulants. The suspensibility, wetting time, fineness and thermal stability of the formulation were tested. Optimal formulation recipe and processing technology of polyoxin B 10%WP were developed.
